Standard Products
Shipment will be made within 5 days after payment is confirmed.

Made-to-order products
Made-to-order items will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks.
International shipments will be delivered in the number of days required for production plus the number of days required for delivery.

【通常商品】
代金のお支払い確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。
【受注生産の商品】
受注生産の商品は3週間前後でお届けとなります。
海外発送は制作日数＋配送日数でのお届けとなります。

返品について

Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We will exchange the product for a good one only if the product is defective.

We will pay for shipping costs in the case of defective or missing items.
All other shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
