International Shipping (EMS)

At ATARU, we ship our handcrafted gear from our Okinawa atelier to the world via EMS (Express Mail Service). This is the most reliable global shipping option, featuring a tracking number and full insurance coverage.

✈️ Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery address:

• 1,500 JPY: Taiwan, South Korea, Mongolia.

• 2,000 JPY: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.

• 3,500 JPY: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, etc.), and UAE.

🕒 Delivery Time

• International Shipping: Usually delivered within 10–20 days.

• Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or weather conditions.

⚠️ Important Instructions

1. Enter in English: To ensure your package arrives safely, please enter your Full Name and Shipping Address in English characters only.

2. Phone Number: A valid phone number is mandatory for international shipping labels.

3. Customs Duties: Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
